工作内容（Job Responsibilities）：
1、管理和日常运营小红书等新媒体账号（Manage and operate accounts on Xiaohongshu and other new media platforms.）
2、创作并发布吸引人的文案内容，管理粉丝互动（Create and publish engaging written content, manage fan interactions.）
3、收集用户反馈和建议（Collect user feedback and suggestions.）
4、保持对新闻热点的关注，策划专题活动，并追踪活动效果（ Stay updated on trending news, plan special events, and track the effectiveness of these events。）
5、确定目标客户群，并提高产品在目标客户群中的知名度（Identify target customer groups and enhance product awareness within those groups.）
工作要求（Job Requirements）：
1、具备自媒体推广和运营经验（Experience in self-media promotion and operation.）
2、出色的文案写作能力，快速学习者，富有创新精神（Excellent copywriting skills, fast learner, and innovative thinker.）
3、热爱创新，对新媒体营销充满激情（Passion for innovation and a strong interest in new media marketing.）
4、熟悉网络媒体传播特点，对社交媒体传播有独到理解和掌控（Familiar with the characteristics of online media communication, with a unique understanding and control of social media communication.）
5、公民、绿卡、家属（Citizens, Green Card holders, or family members.）
